ASHTANGA POWER YOGA
This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures – a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. The most difficult challenge in Ashtanga practice is not the mastery of specific poses, but the mastery of the mind. HIP HOP HUSTLE
It's the perfect class for anyone who wants to learn how to move like the dancers seen in music videos. It's so much fun that most participants don't care about the health benifits! Many people are intimidated by the idea of dancing. Not to worry, the success of Hip Hop Hustle is based on a dynamic, yet basic approach designed to match the neads of everyone in the room with small changes that make the moves easier or more difficult depending on your comfort level. ALTERNATIVE BELL & BOSU
A class designed for beginner to advanced participants using kettle bell moves, then bosu ball excercises, then combining both elements into a Great Whole Body Workout. (Kenny Ruscitti)
SYNERGY
An intense hour long total body workout designed to incorporate multiple muscle groups to achieve optimal results. Compound movements and heart pumping cardio to produce a leaner, more sculpted you. This class will incorporate weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, team exercises, med balls and kettle bells. (Janet Roher)
SPINNING
The SPINNING program is an indoor cycling class which connects body, mind and spirit in an energized session blending cycling techniques, sound training principles and coaching to build mental and physical strength and increase endurance. The intensity of the class is regulated by the participant so first time riders and highly trained athletes can all get excellent workouts in the same class. TURBO KICK
A combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves, all perfectly choreographed to high-energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals of strenth and endurance training, along with a relaxing cool down. Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. Just come to sweat, have fun, and burn hundreds of calories! (Jessica Vaughn)
ZUMBA
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party.
