The first thing you’ll notice when you visit Fizek is the space — and there’s lots of it. More than 26,000 square feet to be exact, covering 3 expansive floors. Speaking of the space, the beautiful facility was freshly built from the ground up.  Fizek has comfortable common areas and exceptional and spotless locker and shower facilities, complete with a Dry Heat Sauna for a great warm up or cool down. Elevators are available to our clients with limited mobility in order to enjoy the second floor workout spaces.

If you like to catch up on a little news or TV while your working out, 20 flat screen TV’s have been installed throughout the club.

All Fizek members must be 21 years of age or older.

EQUIPMENT:
The equipment at Fizek is among the latest available on the market.  Our club offers a full line of proven free-weight and member-select equipment that is the staple of a great workout.  Fizek is also proud to have the new Rock-It Line by Hoist Fitness.  The Rock-It line is fun to use and delivers a great workout using the specially designed 11-station circuit.

No workout is complete without Cardio-training. However, waiting for a machine can really slow down a great workout. Fizek will have nearly 100 separate pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers and more. More equipment = less waiting.

CLASSES:
Few facilities will offer the extensive selection of class instruction programs that Fizek has created.  Skilled instructors will provide dynamic and fun group exercise classes that are designed to help teach and motivate participants.  Click here to find out more about our classes & programs.

VIRTUAL SPORTS:
An area exclusive, Fizek will be one of the only local facilities to offer a complete Virtual Sports Program. This highly entertaining and interactive program is great for people of all ages.  However, the Virtual Sports program is an outstanding tool to motivate and restore the physical health and well being of children as young as 6.  The program is offered by the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. With childhood obesity and weight-related disease on the rise, the Virtual Sports program is a great way to introduce physical fitness while providing the interactive entertainment that children crave. Children Ages 6 to 12 require adult supervision.

CHILD CARE:
We know a thing or two about busy schedules.  That’s why Fizek offers on-site childcare so mom or dad can focus a little time on themselves.   

ON SITE NUTRITION AND MERCHANDISE:
In a rush?  No need to go hungry.  Grab a healthy snack or drink before, during or after your workout.  We’ve carefully selected products that taste great and are of course, great for you.
